1.Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam:
When storms or rising sea levels, many areas in HoChiMinh City can be nearly 2 meters under water deep, especially the southern districts of Saigon port. According to the Huffington Post, HCMC ranked 10th in the list of destination countries risk being submerged sea.

5. Bangkok, Thailand
The terrain is flat and is located in the lower delta of the Chao Phraya River also seriously affected by rising sea condition.

The city at the door of the Mississippi River had been Katrina storm submerged in sea water.

10. Tokyo, Japan
Located in the northwest of Tokyo Bay, the Japanese capital is one of the places directly affected by this situation. Tone River areas to the northeast are the areas that can tolerate flooding as sea level rise.
